Site Reliability Engineer

This is an opportunity to join a team of technical experts in their mission to ensure the scalability, reliability, security and efficiency of our clients systems.

You will play a core part in shaping the infrastructure for a rapidly growing software as a service company, with a heavy focus on automation.

Due to the nature of the business you will be expected to have a high level of monitoring experience, so we are looking for candidates who have a confident understanding of the theory of monitoring, and are confident using technologies including Nagios, Zabbix, Zenos to name a few.

Networking is an important aspect of this role, as to be successful you will need to have a solid background of basic network protocols including IP, TCP, UD.

We are looking for engineers who feel the need to automate everything through scripting, and the latest configuration management tools. Our client is currently working with Puppet in production, but is looking for candidates who have a firm understanding of the principles behind these technologies.

Experience with rapid deployment at scale experience is a must.
