DevOps Cloud Engineer (AWS)
Contract | £550 - £600 per day | Central London | City of London
We are in search of an exceptionally strong DevOps Engineer to join a team of who are currently driving the largest cloud adoption programme in the UK. You will be joining a consultancy with a recognised reputation for the delivery of their projects and the standard of Engineer they employ.
The project is a wholesale AWS adoption programme and therefore requires an Engineer with at least three years of proven and extensive experience with Amazon Web Services. This includes building AWS infrastructure on a large scale. AWS Lambda is also being explored so serverless experience is a benefit, though not a core requirement. Ideally you will be AWS certified too.
With regard to configuration management, you must have a deep understanding and working knowledge of Ansible. Also Terrafrom experience is required. Experience with these technologies are core requirements and applicants without this experience may not be considered for the position.
If you are keen to be part of a large scale and high profile AWS project that will challenge you from day one then this may be the contract for your, testing and progressing your knowledge of AWS.
