Platform Engineer

Contract  |  £500 - £550 per day  |  Central London  |  City of London

We have a new 6 month contract for a large household name based in Central London. We are looking for someone who is keen to work in a small team and help them build their current Infrastructure.

We need someone who has extensive experience with AWS, Ansible or Puppet, Jenkins and Linux. You will have to have a strong Linux Infrastructure background however need to have experience with deployment pipelines and implementations.

The position would be looking to go through a large migration to AWS and they need someone who has experience with AWS, EC2, S3 and CloudFormation. You will aid with the release automation and orchestration while continuously looking for improvements.

Any experience with Docker is beneficial as containerisation is something they are looking heavily into. Someone who has experience with the implementation aspects would be ideal for this position.
