Split Personality wanted!

You're teetering on the proverbial edge of Senior DevOps. At the bottom of the crevasse, Management awaits. The scary fall to the bottom terrifies you... Sound familiar?

You're keen to find that extra step. That helpful handrail to prevent you falling into the dark abyss of managerial pressure.

But... you're still looking for that step up in your career. Can you remain hands-on with maybe just a little bit of bossing people around? (*cough sorry leading people *cough).

You want to progress, but you don't want to just push paper as a Manager. You've got the split personality to do BOTH well. You don't want to do either of them half heartedly.

If you're stuck between being hands-on and being a Manager, but actually you want to do both (and could do both), then this is THE role you're looking for.

Excited to join a team focussed on Tooling? You'll be setting tooling standards for Engineering within each Product team. What they should be using, should they Buy or Build, setting consistent standards and service discovery. What monitoring/logging solution should they adopt, is Consol/Vault the right solution for them, how should they be using these tools etc.

The organisation (you'll know them for sure) have decided now is the right time to make wholesale migrations to AWS, therefore they're looking for someone with expertise particularly in AWS and migrations as well as giving you the opportunity to work with Amazon's new orchestration tool EKS. After working with Kubernetes on a wholesale basis, the organisation have decided to make the transition to EKS, becoming one of the earliest movers.

If it sounds good get in touch!
