Permanent | £55000 - £75000 per annum | East Anglia | Cambridge
We've just started working with one of the most advanced and well respected technically focused companies in Cambridge who are looking to add another SysOps/DevOps Engineer Central Cambridge office.
It's hard to talk about the company in detail without giving the game away unfortunately however I can say they're building out and scaling a real-time global platform while doing really interesting and advanced things in machine learning. They also have offices all over the world and boast a world class Engineering team.
You would be responsible for the reliability, scalability and resilience of the platform. You'll also be automating their production infrastructure, building out end to end monitoring capabilities and will also work on AWS and with Kubernetes, Docker, Puppet and Jenkins.
We're looking for engineers who know Linux systems from the ground up. People who really live and breath Linux engineering and don't shy away from scripting in Python, Perl or Ruby either.
In return for your Linux and automation skills (ideally with Puppet) you'll be given the opportunity to work on a range of sophisticated and cutting edge open source technology, you'll benefit from a collaborative environment and modern management style and you'll be given a senior and competitive salary with a company bonus, private healthcare and loads more.
